We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant – Recruitment to support our growing HR department at Capriole Construction Co. LLC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and onboarding, specifically for construction-related roles. Fluency in Hindi, Urdu, and English is essential to effectively communicate with diverse field and office personnel.
You will play a key role in ensuring timely manpower deployment across multiple project sites by closely collaborating with project managers and department heads. The position requires a strong understanding of the recruitment cycle, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Requirements:
- Experience in recruitment, sourcing, and shortlisting for construction or manpower-heavy industries
- Must be fluent in Hindi, Urdu, and English (spoken and written)
- Skilled in CV screening, calling candidates, and coordinating interviews
- Able to manage job portal postings and maintain a candidate database
- Excellent communication and coordination skills with both field and office teams
- UAE experience in construction recruitment is a strong advantage
